General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for Luxury Brothers LLC

1. scope of application

These GTC apply to all orders placed via our online store.

The purchase contract is concluded with Luxury Brothers LLC, North Macedonia

3. offer and conclusion of contract

By placing the products in the online store, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract. The contract is concluded when you send the order via the order button. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

4. right of withdrawal

Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

Cancellation policy

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period begins upon receipt of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Luxury-Brothers, Luxury-Brothers.com, service@luxury-brothers.com) by means of a clear statement.

5. prices and shipping costs

All prices are final prices and include VAT. In addition to the indicated prices, we charge shipping costs, which are clearly communicated during the ordering process.

6. delivery

Delivery is worldwide. Unless otherwise stated, the delivery time is approx. 3-5 working days.

7. payment

Payment is made by [e.g. prepayment, PayPal, credit card]. The available payment methods will be displayed during the ordering process.

8. reservation of title

The goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.

9 Warranty and guarantees
